Face Chart: Fall 2013 Makeup Trend, Smokey Eye with Pop Of Color

This is Face Chart #1 of the Fall Trend series! This is the smokey eye with a pop of color on the lower lash line trend, better seen on the image below.

This face chart features a navy blue smokey eye (MAC's Contrast is my favorite!) and Mehron's Purple and Teal from the Pastel Palette on the lower lashline.

The lip is a custom lippie I made and Estee Lauder's Natural Lipliner.
